On Friday 2nd January I was arrested handcuffed and frog marched and pushed into a police car with three police officers. The idea is to dehumanise you, when you get into the police station, because they keep you waiting at the front door; so everyone who enters the station will see you handcuffed, like it must have been during slavery.
Well, I have lived in London all my life with never a blemish on my name the good name of 47 years, As You Must have read from my web-site I have done many things,I have represented my country represented my county and served society from top to bottom ,my parents gave me the best they could and raised me to be respectful of my elders and authority. When my parents came to England in the late 50s my Father (may he rest in peace) told me stories of him having to fight skin-heads, I never ever dreamt that this would ever happen to me. I have done the best I could for my children , but I tell you this, I have never seen so many young black men in one place other than socially, than I saw in that police station in Islington ,a revolving door, it was horrendous and every single one was in handcuffs .
I was charged with “Harassment without violence” and kept in the police cells for ten hours. I was not offered anything to drink or to eat. From 14.30 til 00.45.
Homes for Islington have now issued us with a notice of eviction, citing us for anti-social behaviour, because of my web site and the posters that I put up in Islington and surrounding areas, ALSO EMAILING THEM EVERYDAY FOR THIRTY DAYS,naming and shaming our so called neighbour, for his Anti-Socialbehaviour towards us, which includes flooding us thirteen times with never an apology and partying on top of us day and night .I don't think he has ever had a job,when I was his age I had made a name for myself as a salesman.
This is the result of the situation we have been having with our upstairs neighbour, for six years in the case of my partner and four and a half years in my instance. He (David Ronald Seal ) is still harassing us with noise and I have recorded his voice threatening to kill me! (See Attachment). By the way the police have been in possession of the CD recording of DAVID RONALD SEAL threatening to kill me and have done nothing about it, not even a caution,what sort of a planet are we living on? They have evidence to arrest and charge him for threatening to kill me and they do absolutely nothing. We were never offered mediation, which was our right as decent citizens and now the local papers want the story.
I (shahbaz alexis ) will be appearing in court on the 27th January 2009 at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court 10.00am.
Now Homes for Islington is threatening my partner Morgan Alexis that she will loose her job, because she works for Islington Council and has done so for the last 18 years, they are threatening to have her sacked!
We would like your help, sure we would but what can you do? All we have ever had from Homes for Islington is lip service. Nicholas Arthur the big cheese and his side-kick Emmeckia told me once on the phone, “You live in an inner city estate, live with it!” As for my local MP ? Don't get me started there!
That statement made me feel sick! I recorded that conversation.
Yes, I put posters up for two months; he would roll in at 2/3/4/5 in the morning whenever he woke me up, I would get dressed and go out leafletting and he, David Ronald Seal goes running to the housing office and has me arrested; yet he does what he like for the last six years. How can two months compare to six years? I lost my job worth £30,000 a year and now I am on Income support worth £150 every two weeks, I would earn that in a day, never in my life had to depend on the state ,what quality of life do you think we have ?
I had no choice but to do what I thought was the only answer to our problem, in the face of him and his friends kicking our door at all hours opening my door in the mornings to find “spit” all-over the door and surrounding walls and buzzing our door bell, then standing in my face telling me that they are “Warriors” what ever that is supposed to mean, I was now in a “WAR” their words and in another way, societies problem, Yes I “Named Him And Shamed Him” and David Ronald Seal has got off Scott free, perpetrators of Anti-social behaviour laughing in our faces day after day. And living a “freebie” existence to boot!
My Father must be spinning in his grave, His Son Involved In This Rubbish!

Local And National Media are falling over themselves to get this story, thank you for your continued interest in our story, we are just ordinary people with what now seems to be an ordinary problem. The powers that be know this sort of thing is going on up and down the Country and do absolutely nothing to help how do I know I checked out the Internet and no one had the answers for us so I created my own site with everything you can imagine, forum, contact, services,you name I created it ! Perhaps I was mad to name and Shame; David Ronald Seal, but if my partner and I can't get a decent nights sleep and still be expected to drive a fifteen tonne killing machine around London, the whole world should know why ?: before I kill someone on the road ?
We never get more than a few hours of unbroken sleep a night to this day it is all one big joke to him and his friends. We look like walking zombies. I have found out that David Ronald Seal already has an A S B O, for guess what ? Noise. I am to appear at court on the 30th March at 09.30am Highbury Magistrates Court and will be defending myself.

I have held my hands up for what I have done. No one came to our assistance, how long is a man expected to put up with this sort of bullying ? I am not used to being bullied by anyone, at anytime, never in my life-time.
When this is all-over my helper at “Work Directions” is going to try to help get me a job involving journalism, apparently the Art of Investigative Journalism Is Dying they say, well guess what? I am going to bring it back to life,a nobody like me, someone has to stand up to the bullies of this world and I am just the man to do it !
The Following Police Officers were sent letters requesting they attend court as witnesses to Partying and noise at 07.30am on the morning of the 26/01/2009 we have neither had acceptance or acknowledgement to our letter, surprise,surprise !
